Our Classic hygiene cartridges combine precise needle guidance with reliable protection. The needle and needle nozzle are seamlessly integrated into a sealed cartridge – compatible with the Classic handpiece and designed for clean, controlled work at a professional standard.
Derma 18-needling Classic - 18 x ø 0,3 mm
Also suitable for sensitive skin and couperose applications. The flexible tilting needle plate with 18 needles made of medically tested plastic adapts perfectly to the contours of the skin and reaches even hard-to-access areas. The cartridge enables gentle stimulation at low speed as well as precise and even skin penetration at higher speeds. Quality, Made in Germany.

Consistent results thanks to precise and even needling in the cosmetically permissible range of up to 0.5 mm.
